These terms of use govern access to and use of the Comnote application and website ("Comnote", "we"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service description

Comnote is a platform connecting candidates and recruiters across French-speaking Africa, letting users discover job offers and talent profiles in swipe mode, listen to voice listings, and apply or hire directly from the app.

2. User accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• Comnote reserves the right to suspend any account in case of fraudulent or abusive use.

3. Payments and subscriptions

Some features (boost, premium) are paid and settled via Mobile Money by licensed payment providers in their respective jurisdictions. Amounts are shown in FCFA before any payment is confirmed.

4. Published content

Recruiters are responsible for the accuracy of published listings. Comnote reserves the right to remove any content that violates the law or these terms.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Comnote may suspend or terminate access to an account for non-compliance with these terms.
