• Account information: name, phone number, email, city, profile photo.
• Professional information: resume, experience, skills, published listings (for recruiters).
• Usage data: swipes, favorites, applications, messages exchanged in the app.
• Approximate location data, used to display the distance of offers in km.
• Mobile Money payment data, processed by our licensed payment providers — Comnote does not store your Mobile Money credentials.

2. How we use data

Collected data is used to connect candidates and recruiters, personalize displayed listings, secure accounts, process payments and improve our services.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. It may be shared with:

• Recruiters, when you apply to a listing or express interest.
• Our licensed Mobile Money payment providers, for transaction processing.
• Competent authorities, where required by law.

4. Retention and security

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law, and protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal data, or delete your account, from the app settings or by contacting us directly.
